Lagos, Nigeria – March 20th, 2025 – NNPC Retail Limited (NRL) recently achieved a significant milestone by hosting the riveting event, She-Fix 2025, dedicated to empowering women in the automotive, technical, and energy sectors. This remarkable gathering not only celebrated International Women’s Day but also promoted inclusivity in fields where women have been historically underrepresented.
Held at the vibrant Stable Center in Surulere, Lagos, She-Fix 2025 attracted over 300 participants, all united under the theme “Driving Diversity and Powering Progress.” The event highlighted the critical role that women play in fostering innovation, driving national growth, and contributing to economic development in Nigeria.
Attendees enjoyed a plethora of hands-on activities and engaging discussions, showcasing diverse talents from female mechanics and technicians. The event served as a platform to honor outstanding female mechanics, who were commended with awards for their significant contributions and unwavering dedication to their craft.

The event featured a range of interactive sessions including Car Care 101, live car diagnostics, and a dynamic marketplace highlighting female-led businesses. Participants received special discounts on Oleum Lubricants and LPG NR-GAS, underscoring NNPC Retail’s commitment to empowering women in the energy sector.
A highlight of She-Fix 2025 was the spirited panel discussion, “Unleashing the Potential of Women for a Stronger Nation,” featuring industry leaders and policymakers who explored strategies to dismantle workplace barriers, foster leadership among women, and cultivate an inclusive environment that allows women to excel.
